Return Policy

To return an item (excluding travel sizes), please email within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, with your order number to obtain the return address, along with your reason for return.  With retrieval of return address, please repack the item in its original packaging if possible, and ship via insured carrier (FedEx or DHL).
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Amazon Beauty is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit. Any products not purchased at should be returned to original point of purchase. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment used for purchase. 

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.
