Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, you may experience shipping delays. Thank you for your patience. 

U.S. ORDERS

  • Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 
  • Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday. 
  • Your package will arrive within 1-2 days after it leaves our warehouse for East Coast orders and within 3-5 days for West Coast orders. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays, holiday weekends, and because of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For faster delivery, please use UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services. Please note, express shipping is effective from when the order leaves our warehouse, and not from when your order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is en route.
  • P.O. Boxes We are only able to ship to P.O. boxes through USPS shipping services, so please do not select UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services for your order.

CANADA ORDERS

  • Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 
  • Please note that orders may take additional processing time up to 2 business days after the order is placed.

RETURNS

US & CANADA

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.com, you may return any item (excluding all travel and mini size products), within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping charges when applicable.
  • Rahua reserves the right to prevent fraudulent activity. Any purchase that you are not satisfied with should have approximately 80% or more of the product remaining within the container.
  • Any products not purchased on Rahua.com should be returned to the original point of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for purchase. 
  • To return an item, please email customercare@rahua.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address.
  • Once the return address has been shared, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and ship via an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
  • Amazon Beauty is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
  • If you are returning an item because it is proven to be damaged or defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, Amazon Beauty will provide a prepaid return label for your shipment.
  • In order to process a return, please include photos in your email to customercare@rahua.com.
  • If you are returning your purchase for any other reason, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
  • If an item is missing from your order, please connect us as soon as possible.
  • All sales are final on travel and mini size products.
  • We cannot honor exchanges. If you prefer store credit, please include this in your email.
  • We cannot guarantee cancellation or updated shipping addresses on any orders.
